  Stephen was great, could not have asked for anything more. We were working around our work and a young puppy, Steve was great at communicating with us to let us know his arrival time to help with this. Additionally, he talked us through all of the options and solutions clearly and in a friendly and approachable manner. Really happy with the end result and couldn't recommend more.
