  Guttering Replacement

  Global Roofing and Property Maintenance carried out fascia and soffit replacement to the rear of the property, installed new guttering, and corrected poorly aligned guttering at the front that had been incorrectly fitted previously. The work was completed to a very high standard. The team was a family operation (father and two sons, Robert and Richard) and they were professional, polite, and clearly took pride in their work. The quote was competitive and the workmanship excellent. I’m very pleased with the result and would happily recommend them.

  These guys were professional from the outset. Pat got in touch swiftly and came out to price up the job and gave us a quote in a timely manner. Based on the good reviews they already had we went with Bristol Plastering Specialists and we weren’t disappointed. The lads tuned up early each morning and set about working in a professional and competent manner. Every day they tidied up and left the house ready for the next day. The work was undertaken to a great standard and the lads communicated what they were doing and why at all times. I would strongly recommend Pat and his lads again.

  Large renovation including removing chimney breast, internal wall, blocking doorway and new flooring

  Matt, Dom and their team undertook key work on a renovation of a Grade II listed property. Firstly their communication was excellent, secondly their work ethic was second to none and thirdly their performance was outstanding. They undertook all the work quoted for within the agreed timescales, to a superb level, and even undertook additional jobs that cropped up with zero complaint. These are just the kind of forward leaning guys that get stuck in and get the job done. To top it all off their prices were highly competitive. I would 1000% recommend MRM and definitely use them again.

  Replacement of 2 x Bathrooms

  I was hugely impressed by the job A C Plumbing did for us. The work was done to a very high standard and Dave Holbrooke (the plumber who undertook the work) was truly exceptional - both hardworking and extremely diligent. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone as they undertook the work quickly, at the price quoted, to a great standard and dealt with every challenge in a professional and competent way. Great service, great guys and nice to see work done so well.
