  Gutter cleaning and repair

  Robert communicated well and quoted £140 to fix a leaky gutter, then upsold a £100 gutter clean. the work was completed in around 40 minutes, which felt rushed. I could still see debris afterwards. He told me he 'just used his hands' to clean it.. I saw him on the roof stamping on tiles and sitting there on his phone call, despite no roof work being requested. He later reported a cracked tile which made me suspicious. He asked if he could have my bucket which was strange. Payment was requested immediately via bank transfer to his personal acc. Overall it was an odd and disappointing experience

  refix lead flashing on roof

  very efficient initial contact and stuck to quoted price. work completed within the same week after initial contact. provided before and after photos of the repair. Happy to recommend this trades person.

  Had starlings going into my plastic dry verge

  I cannot praise Robert and Robert Jnr enough. I am a repeat customer due to quality of work last time on a gutter repair. The communication from Robert is first class ,always reliable communication and does an honest job. In addition I have to comment and praise his reassurance and always says you can recontact if any issues. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending both Roberts and always very grateful for their expertise.

  Guttering Replacement

  Global Roofing and Property Maintenance carried out fascia and soffit replacement to the rear of the property, installed new guttering, and corrected poorly aligned guttering at the front that had been incorrectly fitted previously. The work was completed to a very high standard. The team was a family operation (father and two sons, Robert and Richard) and they were professional, polite, and clearly took pride in their work. The quote was competitive and the workmanship excellent. I’m very pleased with the result and would happily recommend them.

  Chimney Repair

  Rob was a pleasure to deal with, promptly getting in touch and coming out to provide a quote for repointing in our chimneys. That same week, he came out and over a few hours replaced the grouting and resealed the flashing. I am very happy with the service provided and would definitely use them again.

  Roof Repair

  Made contact and agreed date and time to review my roof problem. Excellent communications through out. Rob came and assessed the problem proposed a solution and conducted a Repair. Very fair and reasonable cost. certainly recommend.
