  Pawel has been excellent. He completed the work on a Saturday, to a good standard, and his price for the work was almost half of other contractors. Will definitely be using him again!

  Painting of water mark on ceilings in a bathroom, hallway, and kitchen.

  Arrived 15-20 minutes later than the agreed time. Owner of apartment commented that the workman's attitude was poor. Didn't supply an official invoice once completed. Pursued payment aggressively only hours after the work had been completed; the paint hadn't even dried on the job. Made threats over text message about lack of payment - I was just waiting for the landlord to look at the photos of the work before paying. The tradesman's bill was settled within 6 hours of job being completed, if not less. Wouldn't recommend, won't be hiring again.

  Leaking toilet fitting.

  Smartfix called me back at an unsociable hour and were able to get to the property a lot quicker than other tradesman in the area. They got the toilet leak fixed, which was not easy as the pipes were inaccessible behind plaster boxing. They made a neat hole, located the leaking part, and fixed. After a week, the work holds up, and the leak is fixed. Would use again.
