  Repair of front hedge

  Our front hedge was accidentally damaged by some contractors. Adam arrived with the correct replacement bushes and replaced the damage ones and trimmed the hedge perfectly.

  Adam and his workmate turned up on time. Although it was a very serious garden clearance of a very large garden, they did a great job. Adam seems a really nice guy and is easy to get on with. Thoroughly recommend.

  Installing a one-way rat trap

  Adam turned up right on time. As can so often happen with these kind of jobs, it WASN'T straightforward. So he had to spend some time modifying the trap to fit in the pipe. He did the job and charged exactly what he originally quoted. Excellent.

  We have used another company for years but unfortunately they stopped trading or moved away. The guys from Roots (Adam and Ian) turned up, on time, did a very professional job and left everything tidy.

  Drain down unvented cylinder and replace two heating elements

  Elson had some issues with the drain down, because the drain cock was blocked, so it was quite a bit more difficult and time-consuming. As a favour, he replaced the drain cock but as we all know, no good deed goes unpunished! The thing leaked a bit afterwards, but he returned asap, even though it was a Saturday evening and completely fixed it. I would use him again.
