  The job was fixing a leaking loop on our boiler, required freezing the pipe and replacing it

  The work was assessed and completed on the day but the communication was terrible - I received text messages requesting payments for the work before it went ahead. As I am a landlord I wasn’t present at the property but could not contact the engineer without getting transferred by the company main line. I was not communicated to around timings after confirming the work would take place. My tenants were waiting for hours for the engineer to come back with no real clarity. The automated text system does not work for this service in my opinion

  Emergency electrician call out

  Jeffery was available very quickly for an emergency electrical call out. He arrived quickly as promised, found and resolved the issue and did further tests to make sure there was no long term issue. He’s polite punctual and professional; I’d highly recommend him !

  Removal of old fences and new posts and fences put in

  Mark and his team were efficient, punctual, speedy and did a fantastic job. Despite the cold and wet day they went about removing our old fence, fitting new posts and the new fence with no trouble. They are approachable, swift and did a great job. Would highly recommend!

  Fast, efficient and honest- can’t recommend Chris highly enough

  If you need a plasterer Chris is your man! He was friendly, bang on time, thoughtful and above all else honest. His work is neat and tidy and done quickly. He always ensures that he fully tidies and cleans post job which makes a huge difference. Would recommend him extremely highly and will get him back again for anything we need
