  Ceiling light repair and Outdoor sockets

  I asked Rnh Electrical to repair a house ceiling light after it sparked and tripped my fuse, and also wanted two outside sockets fitting in my garden. Niko responded quickly and Arthur attended to do the work. They were nice guys, good at communicating/explaining and did all I wanted. I would use them again.

  Fitting electric heater

  I chose Kenneth to fit a downflow heater in my downstairs toilet as the price was reasonable and communication good. All was done efficiently and I will use him again for other work I need doing in the future.

  Re-pointing to front of house

  I evaluated a few tradespeople and chose Gianluca as his quote was competitive. He is a friendly professional guy and it was nice and easy to communicate with him. The brickwork on my house needed some repointing as it had deteriorated. The repair was carried out to a high standard and I would definitely consider Gianluca for more work when I am ready to build a partition wall either side of my drive.

  Had three bedroom doors trimmed and re-hung and then had some locks added. All good and I would use AB Carpentry again.

  Bathroom refurbishment

  Tomas refurbished my bathroom which included knocking through the wall between my old toilet and bathroom and then creating a new bathroom in the space. Thomas was very hard working and always tidied up at the end of each day. Communication was great and he would always check with me where I wanted things to go. Overall I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him.

  Garden landscaping/renovation

  I chose Billa Contractors to landscape my garden due to their competitive quote and being easy to communicate with and I was not disapointed. My back garden was in a mess - all overgrown. Xhalal and his team worked to my plan, to level and pave the rear of the garden adding steps and two raised flower beds, then adding new turf and then a fence for added privacy from my neighbour. Oh and they also fixed my paving that had come loose after a previous builder fitted the slabs badly 7 months ago. They worked very hard even working at the weekend when needed and communication was always great.

  Jordan responded quickly to my request for a quote. Came out on Sunday to see what needed doing, then got the materials and carried out the work to a good standard the same day. He's a decent guy and I'd get him back if I need any other electrical work.

  Fitted shutters to 3 bay windows

  Had shutters installed for three bay windows in my bedrooms. I was very pleased with Daniel during the sales process and Hayley for the general communication and during the wait for delivery. The shutters for the three windows were installed efficiently in half a day. They look great and I will use London Interior Shutters again for my downstairs window after renovations are completed.

  House Rewire

  Kevin and his collecgue carried out a rewire on my 1930s semi detatched house that I recently purchased. He was professional, friendly, communication was great, and got the job done in good time. I would recommend and would use him again.

  Installing a TV aerial

  I got an aerial installed in my house as there was not one already there. A1 fitted the aerial in a couple of hours. I haven't tested it works yet with a TV as there are other works being completed. But my electrician assured me that the signal was metered/tested by A1 and it looked ok.
