  Really poor experience. He could have been honest explaining that I needed to fix the issues and then the EICR but Keneth wanted the money and I had to call over 7 times to get the certificate. I will never use KO electricals

  Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way. Regarding the EICR, we had multiple discussions about pricing, and I accommodated by significantly reducing the cost for you. After completing the inspection, I personally explained the necessary remedial work to you on-site. However, you disagreed with my assessment, as you mentioned having prior experience with similar work in your own home. As per my standard business practice, the certificate was issued within 24 hours. I had also informed you in advance that payment was required before the certificate could be sent, which you acknowledged and agreed to. I always strive to provide a fair and efficient service, but I appreciate your feedback and will take it into account. If you have any further concerns, I’d be happy to discuss them. Best regards
