  Woke up to my son telling me water was dripping through his ceiling. Mike checked bits and was frank on the work to be done but said it would be sorted by Christmas and he was good to his word. Team turned up when they said, work was done and place left as tidy as it could be.

  Needed some repointing done after water damage. Quote was very fair comparatively, worked around us in terms of date for the work. Stuck to quote and worked effectively and to high quality. Am personally really pleased with how personable Craig and his crew were. Questions I asked were given thorough answers and they tidied up after themselves.

  Loft clearance

  Had a load of stuff in our loft from previous owners that needed clearing. Marked out what stuff to leave and what to take, followed my instructions and took stuff I didn't even know was there as well as took an old futon we needed to get rid of. Crew were friendly and did the work efficiently. Very pleased.

  Shaun remembered us from previous jobs and booked us in. Full gutter cleaning and a repair where the gutter had come away from the roof and water was running down the wall. Quick work, polite crew, advice on what to do going forward, really pleased with it.

  Charlie and his team fitted us in quickly, explained all the issues, quoted us reasonably for work and extra work discovered and showed us what work had been carried out. Damp roof had rotten battens and felt replaced and hopefully a massive issue dodged as a result.

  We'd have no hesitation recommending Imagine to others following their work on replacing our front and back door. Quote was competitive, both Jay and Brad are warm and personable whilst being professional. The work was done to a high standard, done to timescale and quote, done quickly on the day and cleaned up to a good standard once they were done. Ours new doors look amazing.

  Within 50 mins of noticing a blocked drain at the back of my house I had called Craig, he had come round and unblocked my drain as well as having had a chat to suggest long term solutions to an issue. Can't recommend Craig highly enough for how quick and professional he was.
