10 Wall repointing

Needed some repointing done after water damage. Quote was very fair comparatively, worked around us in terms of date for the work. Stuck to quote and worked effectively and to high quality. Am personally really pleased with how personable Craig and his crew were. I wanted the work done on a day off work and so was happy to wait and accept short notice. Craig contacted me the day before to say he could come the following day - no problem. He arrived promptly with a co-worker ( sorry forgot his name !) and set to. I had three quotes all considerably higher than Burrows and one guy said it would take 2 days!!! It took Craig and workmate under 3 hours! They were tidy and professional. The wall is exactly what i wanted and am very pleased with it.
