  In a word, fantastic! Jason was professional, good value, full of good and honest advice (he only did what was required), super tidy, a pleasure to have around and very hard working. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my plumbing jobs. A gent and a professional. Thank you for tidying up the awful work we'd been left with by the previous builders.

  Remove and replace stud wall, replace 5 radiators

  First the good: Tidy, honest and pleasant. Decorating of two rooms was done to a good standard, the third less so (rushed). Radiator project very poor (6K) pipes at an angle, one radiator not flush to wall, left in a mess, not as specified (pipes through skirting not the floor) and huge leak causing damage to floor. Attention to detail poor (constantly having to point simple things out that had been overlooked), Needs careful oversight, clear instructions and managing. Tendency to change the plan without consultation. Still waiting for final invoice and warranties. Overall 5 / 10 sadly.

  Highly recommended. Firstly they helped me out of a massive hole when our intended plasterer went down with a bad back but more importantly they did an excellent job, were a pleasure to have around, worked really hard and priced the job appropriately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
