  We had a single story extension and our downstairs re-floored. We also had our garden levelled, re-turfed and a patio laid. From start to end Graham and his team were kind, polite, caring and did a brilliant job. They clearly wanted the best for us and our family and ensured little touches were included to make the space work for us. They worked cleanly, and always gave us advanced warning for any loud/messy parts. Any issues we ran into were quickly resolved and handled well. Communication was great throughout. Thank you!

  Quality work

  Excellent Work on Patio Door, Wall, and Damp Issue by Graham and the Team! I recently hired Apple Building and Property Solutions Ltd for several jobs, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Graham (the boss) and his team—Josh, Danny, and Luke—did a fantastic job. They: * Installed a new patio door * Fitted coping stone to my garden wall * Addressed an issue with lead flashing causing damp Their building skills are excellent. The entire team was very polite, always arrived on time, and left the work area incredibly clean and tidy. A massive thank you to Graham, Josh, Danny, and Luke.

  Single storey extension

  We used Graham's company for a single storey extension and kitchen installation. We were expecting a baby at the same time that the work was being carried out, and we really appreciated Graham's efforts to ensure the work was carried out as promptly as possible, whilst not compromising on quality. Graham's team were also considerate about not leaving a mess and causing disruption, which was appreciated given that we both work from home for part of the week. We would recommend them to others undertaking a similar project.

  Lime mortar repointing

  This is the second time I have used Graham and his team. I had a bad leak causing a large area of damp on the gable end of my property. Graham diagnosed and fixed the issue (a blocked downpipe) and whilst doing so, showed me how a lot of the pointing was badly deteriorated. Graham quickly arranged for the area to be scaffolded and his team then came to dig out and repoint the whole gable end with lime mortar. A good job done very well, with a standard of communication and responsiveness I've come to expect.

  Ground floor extension, new kitchen and bathrooms, new garden

  Large project including remodelling ground floor kitchen and dining room and extending to create large open plan kitchen/diner. Second small extension to rear of garage to create office. Upstairs bathroom extended and remodelled. New kitchen and downstairs wc fitted. Overgrown garden cleared and redesigned with extensive stone patio and new turf. Graham and the team did a fantastic job - high quality work and at a reasonable price. Communication throughout was great. The team were all really easy to get on with which made for a really good experience. Would highly recommend!
