  Clean, professional and patient.

  Started out with a replacement electric shower but as the whole house is going through renovations and the bathroom was on the list we decided to get the whole bathroom renovated instead, James was timely, professional and especially patient with me as we were juggling a lot of things at the beginning and also throughout when we had a few hiccups from the bathroom supplier we were getting our bath and cabinet from. Steve and his apprentice (sorry I never got his name) were professional, clean and tidy after every day and we're wonderful to have working on the bathroom.

  Loft ladder

  Dan came over to survey the loft to install loft ladders, unfortunately the house I had was unsuitable for them due to the trusses being in the way, Dan recommended to get telescopic ladders and explained why loft ladders wouldn't fit without removing some of the trusses in the loft. Dan is an absolute credit to instaloft for their professionalism and honesty, while no work was carried out I was absolutely delighted to see someone who cares about their customers and explained everything clearly.

  Replacement gearbox and barrel

  They were courteous and massively patient with me as I was trying to finish work to get to them, they waited a little bit for me as I kept in touch with them due to delays during my work. They were quick gave me a choice of options and did the work to a professional standard.

  Bedroom carpet fitting

  Rewire

  Steve and Josh were very courteous, friendly and did a cracking job of the rewire at a very resonable price, they tidied up afterwards each day and were very helpful using their experiance to recommend and suggest placement of switches and sockets in each room, installed light fittings I previously bought and got the house in line with current practices i.e. replaced the bathroom light with a sealed LED light unit. Lastly Steve was very helpful explaining to me how to wire my cooker and oven up when I install the new kitchen myself.
