What EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! 100% mark from me because they: -Responded to my emergency query  extremely quickly -Clearly explained cost, payment process and fees payable on completion -Clarified my one-off cleaning request and expectations (cleaning part of a kitchen including oven area for new tenants) -Called me when they arrived at the property and very prompt  Overall a great help as another cleaning company had let us down. Highly recommend and will use again during, before or after tenancies  Thanks so much!!

  Fit a new kitchen

  Happy to recommend Andy. He skillfully fitted our Howden kitchen for our rental property. I was doubtful he could beat the cost to supply and fit a kitchen of other budget kitchens in other large DIY stores,. However, not only was it comparable and in some cases cheaper, but he fitted it within a short space of time. I found him friendly and reliable. I’m very pleased with his work.

Listened carefully to my requests and ensured i was compliant with latest fire regulations. Wished I had used him for other properties. Will definitely use again in future.   Landlord Gas Safety Inspection

  Mark and Bob turned up promptly. Their kind smiles and gentle humour brought a warm start to the day. They explained what they were doing, and gave advice about landlords' responsibility for the safety records. The job was done very quickly as there were two of them. Sections where they worked left tidy. Will definitely be using them again.
