  excellent, quick and efficient service, fitted me in late notice around a day that suits me and arrived at the exact time they said they would, reasonable prices aswell, will be certainly using them again for a service and any boiler issues I have!!

  This engineer did nothing, and took my boiler part away, just left...

  At the first time, he answered my request from the checkatrade very quick, the he said need some part, he charged £70 and left, and then he came second time, said he need buy some tool, then left, then didn't show up anymore, at first he said some people in his family passed away, then 10 days later still not show up, and then he will sort out the next day, didn't show up, didn't answer the phone, then the next day said he will show up, but didn't, how could he do business this way, only one off business...

  Came out to service my dad’s boiler and fire. Accidentally broke my Dads fire. Went above and beyond to fix it for my Dad, even though it wasn’t easy. Really professional and got the job done. Just want to say thank you as i know they had to come out quite a few times. And they charged my Dad a very reasonable rate for the service. Thank you
