  The toilet flush was not working

  Martin contacted me and gave me an excellent price to repair the toilet flush. He also explained that the cost included weekend and bank holiday call-out. Martin offered to come out on Tuesday post bank holiday but came out early on Saturday as it was urgent because of a disabled relative. Martin examined the problem and was able to replace the required unit with spares he carried on his van. Great job, a really nice guy and all at a very fair price. I would recommend Martin to anyone and will certainly use him again for any future work.

  Above and beyond! @ no extra cost!

  We had a faulty valve on the flow pipe from the boiler. Martin came and replaced it but the following day we were back to no hot water. Martin came straight away to investigate and also had his electrician visit to fully test the system and its programing. It was found that the mechanical switch in the valve was not switching as it should. He replaced it at no extra cost and got us back up and running again. Really nice guy and communicates well. He kept us updated and informed from start to finish.
