  Great Builders!....

  After moving into our dream home, my husband and I discovered some pretty awful workmanship under the floors of the extension part. Basically all the floor joists were rotten and the sub floor beneath was non existent. It was all very overwhelming for us until Matt came to have a look. He took his time to carefully assess the situation and was so reassuring. A couple of weeks later, Matt and his team completely rebuilt the floors correctly. They worked hard and kept us informed the whole way. Costs were very reasonable too. We can certainly recommend Matt and his Company.

  On time and in budget.

  Matt and team delivered the following which consisted of a single storey rear and part side extension, First floor extension and new entrance porch. Internally all new bathroom fittings ,kitchen and utility and decorating. Matt and team were incredibly patient with my lack of knowledge. Turned up punctually and communicated clearly throughout the project. Better still on time, within budget and incredibly flexible when we hit any challenges. Full of ideas and delivered me the home of my dreams.

  Multiple building works

  MD Construction have completed many aspects of building work for me. This includes a revamp of my utility room, converted a room and added stairs to access this space and also have completed a knock through for a kitchen dining space, as well as a downstairs shower room. Matt always offer excellent work all around and is very knowledgeable, very easy to communicate with, has an eye for detail and finishes work to a great standard. MD Construction are a trusted building team who I will use in the future and would recommend always.

  A complete refurb of a victorian flat.

  Matt and his team carried out a complete refurb of a dilapidated 2-bedroom flat to a high standard. The works included building, roofing, plastering, full electrics, full plumbing and decorating. Straightforward approach and easy working relationship appreciated as much as the work itself.
