  The rug cleaning was acceptable but quoted extra on arrival for stain guard which I feel should have been part of the price not extra sort of putting you on the spot

  Retile bathroom fit shower new toilet and Basin lay laminate flooring in two rooms you plaster the ceiling in the bath in the bedroom repaint the entire flat.
