  Alex visited in October to service the boiler. He identified that our heat pump was failing so replaced this rapidly before returning for some non-urgent work. We are very happy with the result. All three tasks were done well and in the time agreed. We have full confidence in Alex’s ability and will ask him to service the boiler annually.

  Andy and Reece turned up in time. Checked their instructions. Got the job done in a slick manner and left without any further fuss. The garden was in a much better state after their work.
