Kofa Handyman Services
7 Replacement of cupboard door
Posted 20 October
Although Kofi was late in arriving at my home, it was for family reasons so that was understandable. That said, he carried out the work to a high professional standard, solving a problem in a way that I would never have thought of. Kofi painted the door thoroughly and it looks great; works perfectly well. What I liked is that he used his initiative by cleaning up any mess with the vacuum cleaner, without asking me; I was working from home at the time. Finally he removed the old damaged door.Verified reviewerJob location: KT12Kofa Handyman Services
8.5 Replacement of missing wood panels at the back of a garden shed.
Posted 13 June 2024
Mr. Kofi (owner of Kofa Handyman Services) responded to my request for assistance. I explained the problem, and he asked me to send him photos, which I did. He used this information to prepare his quotation, which my wife and I found reasonable. We agreed on a date and time for him to come over. When Mr. Kofi and his colleague arrived at our house, we shook hands and I showed him the back of the shed. He assured us that he could fix the problem, which he and his colleague did after around 40 minutes. It was a very tidy job.Verified reviewerJob location: KT12WF Electrical Installation
9.75 Installation of LED ceiling light in bathroom
Posted 15 February 2024
The company's electrician was punctual and had a professional manner. He borrowed a small stepladder I had and immediately set to work. The job only took 15 minutes, from removing the old light fitting to installation of the new LED ceiling light. The electrician was polite and friendly; we were able to have a chat about families whilst he was working. The new light makes the ceiling look tidy. Efficient workmanship.Verified reviewerJob location: KT12Elmbridge Roofcare
9.5 Fitting a waterproof covering on my shed roof
Posted 31 August 2022
My wife and I are very pleased at the work carried out. The two men took care to install one layer of strong durable felt on the roof with tacks, followed by a layer of weatherproof mineral felt which was torched on. Finally they fitted a new extended batten along the back edge to created a better overhang for the roof drip edge. The men also fitted a gutter pipe on the brackets that were already on the rear of the shed. The only outstanding task is for a pipe to be fitted and a new water butt to be connected to that, and the work is complete.Verified reviewerJob location: KT12
