  Full roof repair

  Davey was very communicative, answered all our questions, and made suggestions where needed on further repairs. His team were prompt and worked quickly. Very happy with work carried out. Would suggest agreeing the finish expected when agreeing the quote; we had to have the team back to touch up some paintwork but easy enough to arrange. The team could have been a little neater when tidying up at the end of the job, we had to clear through the outside drain as it was blocked with debris from the gutters, and there was some cement on the house from when it was mixed.

  Guttering Replacement

  Guttering Replacement around our complex of flats. Elmbridge Roofcare is a company I can honestly say we would use again. Davey was very professional in his explanation of what they would do. The team that fitted the new guttering were polite, and very efficient. They left the work areas lean and tidy once completed. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us.

  Repairing a leaking flat roof

  Davey called round to my daughter's tenanted property as arranged. He immediately noted the problem was with the way the flat roof had been installed. Took off the coping stones on both sides of the roof in order to fit new mineral felt and new lead flashing to go over the parapets. Re-bedded all coping stones and replaced and fitted new guttering. Davey took pictures to show the issue and took time to explain what needed doing. Great job.

  Superb service from Davey and his team. Davey turned up when he said he would, quoted in writing really promptly, didn't appear pushy for the work and was courteous and respectful throughout. He kept us updated about when he could start the job, communicated well and ensured the job was completed to his standards, as well as ours. At the visit he saw some snags left by another roofer last year and tidied these up for us as well, tidying up those loose ends , without judgement. Left my property spotlessly clean, removed all waste. Fantastic service from a professional and courteous team. Thanks

  New flat roof in GRP fibreglass plus new pitched roof and velux replacement.

  Davey was polite, professional & courteous from the first appointment through to completion. All appointments were held and on time too. Different options were discussed and I felt supported, without any pressure, in selecting the appropriate solution to resolve a leaking flat roof and make improvements where required. The team worked hard & were mindful of keeping the property and surrounding area tidy throughout the works. Not the cheapest quote I’d received however the price was fair and I believe reasonable for the work completed. Invoiced as / quote and no request for advance funds.
