  Seemed to be a good job at a reasonable price. Tidy worker - the trader vacuumed the enclosed area before replacing the hot water cylinder, as I had requested. There was a query I had after the job about the wires showing below the timer, which I thought was different from the original set up. I’m sure the trader will be able to clarify this issue at some point.

  Fascia and guttering replaced

  Section of guttering and fascia replaced. It was also necessary to replace the block of wood that supports the fascia. It appears to be a neat and tidy job. It certainly wasn't the easiest of jobs, as the trader had to carefully lift the corrugated garage roof when fixing the new piece of wood on to the wall, as well as having to move and re-affix the electric wiring to the wooden base. A messy job that involved the trader having to make 2 trips to my home.

  Flat roof replacement

  Punctual and very organised. The job was undertaken without any intrusion, so it was a stress free day and my mother, who has numerous health issues, was not disturbed. I asked for before and after photos, which were provided. Looks like Chris and his team have made a good job of the roof. Having done my research, this company did inspire me with a good level of confidence in the work done. Would not hesitate to recommend, and would use this trader again myself.
