  Full rewiring of 4-bedroom house.

  Got Gary to do a full rewiring of a 4-bed property in Surbiton. Ripped out the entire old wiring and put in a new one after having worked through design and placement of sockets, switches, distribution board etc. Gary was very professional and always kept the work area and environment very tidy (compared to some of the other tradesmen I had working onsite). The job was finished to a very high standard and would definitely recommend and use again.

  Relocate drainage and landscaped rear garden.

  Hired Garry to relocate a manhole from inside to outside the garden. He put in a shift in delivering this including drawings, installing new drains and manhole and facilitating inspection with Building Controls and ThamesWater (all approved without any issues). But this was as far as good went. While drainage work was ongoing, agreed for him to landscape the entire garden to include fencing and turfing and paving half of the garden. Paving and grouting was poor quality and same with fencing and had to pay someone else to do it properly. I def won't use again for non-drainage works.

  Large wooden deck removal

  Steve and team help carried out complete dismantling and removal of a very large wooden deck taking up half of a large rear garden. The job was tedious and quite time consuming but Steve and team worked diligently and were able to complete this on time and left the garden very tidy and with all rubbish removed. I definitely will recommend and will use their services again.

  Bathrooms Refurbishment

  Azlan did a complete replacement of a bathroom, shower room and cloakroom replacing existing old installation. Work quality was excellent and some minor issues reported were promptly resolved. He is hardworking, pays attention to details and delivers excellent quality. Will definitely use again.

  Ramadin carried out a number of works including replacing floorboards in a springy floor in both hallway and kitchen, installing soft-close hinges on all kitchen cabinets, installing new locks on all doors, fixing patio wooden edges and other general works across the house. In all of these, he's been quite excellent and with a very good attitude. He shows up on time, did the work diligently and tidied up afterwards. I was initially concerned about the few reviews but was willing to give a chance and don't have any regrets and will definitely use again.

  Broken Fence Panel

  Calvin turned up as scheduled to fix a broken fence panel. He was punctual and paid great attention to details. Though did not proceed with the work on this occasion as I'd managed to get it fixed earlier and my fault as I was unable to cancel the appointment in time, I will definitely not hesitate to use him again.
