Rapid Drainage & Plumbing cleared the drain blockage thoroughly and expertly. They brought state-of-the-art equipment to carry out further checks of the piping to quickly survey the state of the pipes and identify any issues. When a few days later, there was a renewed blockage caused by some stones dislodged during the initial jetting, the team came out swiftly and cleared the blockage free of charge. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my kitchen sink and bathroom basin getting blocked but usually the water runs away slowly. This morning, however, the water was not moving and so I phoned Rapid (who were recommended to me by a friend who used them recently). They were here within one hour and completed the job quickly and efficiently, explaining every step along the way and showing me why the problem occurred in the first place. I had a flood which was leaking into my downstairs neighbours flat. It was a nightmare. I rang and they came and saved the day quite literally!
