  Had my shower bar replaced, whole tray re sealed and stopcock replaced.

  The engineer turned up pretty much exactly on the estimated time. Even phoned 20 minutes before. Was very polite and friendly the whole time. Very clean work with great attention to detail. Always cleaned up after himself as he moved. Even vacuuming the various sites. Very good communication at all points. Explained everything very well. Absolutely fantastic service!
