  Lets Fix Group were excellent to use I called early on the Saturday and they came out the same day. Gentleman who carried out the work was incredibly helpful and quick to diagnose the issue in question. His explanation for what was required was straight and to the point. All round top experience and would recommend to anyone.

  Best plumber ever

  Eoin from let’s fix group was fantastic, as was David on the phone. I had one problem with toilet but eoin was able to fix 3 other plumbing issues whilst at my property at no extra charge. He was punctual and helped to refund me for valves purchased that didn’t work. He arrived on time to the minute and was quick and efficient. Readily available the day I called. Would recommend will always use again.

  Located and fixed hidden leak

  I had a hidden leak behind the bathroom unit, it wasn’t straightforward locating which pipe had the leak given that the pipes of the washing machine, sink and bathtub where behind the bathroom unit, emailed Lets Fix Group they responded quickly, Ross attended my home, he communicated what needed to be done and did the work effectively and efficiently. I highly recommend Lets Fix Group as a landlord who has dealt with few plumbers regarding different issues.

  Excellent work to replace a toilet cistern

  The job was to repair a leaking toilet cistern but due to age and corrosion, a replacement was necessary. David did the job efficiently, thoroughly and carefully and I was very happy with his work. This company is a definitely a "keeper"!

  New boiler and no more water tanks in the loft

  The very old boiler in the garage needed replacing and the water tanks (one inherited from a previous solar hot water system) occasionally overflowed and dripped water through the bedroom ceiling. H&PS fitted a new combi boiler, drained and removed all pipes, tanks and old boiler and had a fantastic machine that flushed all the radiators. Martin worked his socks off, putting in a new gas pipe, flue, waste pipe and new pipe works as well as fitting the boiler. We now have hot and toasty rooms, hot water on demand and a shower which would beat any power shower out there - it is bliss.

  Leaky taps in bathroom and kitchen plus heating thermostat not working

  David came and had a look at what work was needed and agreed to supply and fit the replacements needed which was a real Godsend for me. He went out of his way to get the parts which included a 90 minute journey. He was lovely and respectful, worked really cleanly and was a delight to have in my home. Thoroughly recommend.
