  AE contacted me almost as soon as I'd posted the job. The person I spoke to was pleasant and helpful without being pushy. The plumbers arrived the next morning and got straight to work. They were also pleasant and professional throughout. They identified the problem quickly. They made sure to explain exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost (which was very reasonable) before starting the work. They finished in under two hours and left the room tidy. They identified a non-serious problem with the shower that we hadn't noticed but did not push me to fix it that day.
