  Window cleaning

  Very disappointing experience. The employee was supposed to clean only my windows but cleaned my front door without being asked. A large amount of water entered my property and hallway. Before the visit, my door worked perfectly; afterwards it became swollen and difficult to open and close. The employee told me he had insurance and that the door would be repaired, but the company later denied responsibility and claimed the damage was unrelated to the cleaning. No repair, no refund, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.
