  Drain Survey plus quote for remedial work.

  Excellent from start to finish. The team kept me apprised of when they would carry out the survey and any challenges met and completed an in-depth assessment report including photos that enabled a detailed quote to be presented. I will definitely be getting 1st Response Drainage to do the needed repairs.

  I chose Electric 11 to conduct an EICR after receiving 3 options from Check-a-Trade. I was immediately impressed with the quote I received and the prompt and professional way that I was contacted. Electric 11 arranged access to the property with my estate agent, and did the EICR as planned. The subsequent report I received was comprehensive, well written and understandable to the layman, and the opportunity to ask questions was offered. I was invoiced promptly and paying for the work was easy. I will use Electric 11 for all future electrical work within my home. An excellent company.
