  Charging extra costs in a turnkey service!

  Very dissatisfied with the service and the way the charges were handled. I provided all relevant information in advance and also checked several times with the team regarding the turnkey offer. Despite this, I was still charged additional costs that were not reasonable. A £42 fee for a failed visit and £30 for a small part, when the original item itself costs less, is disproportionate and not justified. I feel misled and would not recommend this service.
