  Poor Aftercare

  Defects emerged after Rhafael completed the job and I made the payment. I contacted him twice and waited for three months, but he never came back to fix the issues. He only responded with polite replies—without ever offering a specific date or time to carry out the repairs. In effect, he kept me waiting for three months without actually resolving the problems.
