  Drain survey

  Joe was brilliant from initial enquiry to getting me booked in and sorting the issue. My initial enquiry was a drain survey to see if I could install a lower ground bathroom so needed a cctv survey to check the pipes. Turns out there was a blockage and it needed to be flushed through. Joe came back a second time to solve the problem and once the problem was solved on my residential property, it highlighted further problems with the shared sewerage which belong to Severn Trent. There was root ingress. Severn trent have also been excellent and will be round in 96 hours to sort out.
