  Fixing stuck window.

  I wasn’t convinced by the experience of the tradesperson who came out as when I explained the issue and what I expected the problem was, the tradesperson continued down what he thought. Even when I was proved right, he took 3 attempts at fixing the problem properly - it felt like he was nervous. In review I shouldn’t have stopped him once he’d opened the window and fixed it myself. Perfectly friendly, but I felt he wasn’t particularly knowledgable. When I discussed the fact I had a replacement part - a gearbox mechanism - the tradesperson said “oooh fancy words”. I felt patronised.
