  Quick turn around and decent enough job

  SUMMARY: quick turn around and overall a decent job. GOOD: 1. came around quickly and sorted the job same day 2. removed waste, garden left tidy 3. friendly and personable NOT SO GOOD: 1. team that did the work were a bit of a blunt instrument, didn't take a huge amount of care (some dead parts of the tree were still in the tree after they left) 2. two hours late, although the time was only agreed on the day.

  Good paint job but wouldn't use again.

  SUMMARY: Good quality paint job but overall lack of care given to protect the property and leave in clean and tidy state. GOOD: 1.able to do a big job quickly 2.quality of paint job was good and issues rectified quickly 3.wiped down hard to reach light fittings while ladders were installed when asked BAD: 1. Property was left a mess - it looked like a building site. 2.minor damage to property (ladder marks on floor, scratches in bath) + team had to be reminded to protect floor surfaces 3.not clear about how I should prep property this lead to some houseplants being killed and some tension
