1st Call Appliance Service Limited
10 New oven delivered and installed

I had a new Beko electric oven delivered and installed after my old oven couldn't be repaired last week. Once again the service I had from Ross was very friendly and helpful. He brought the new oven in so I could have a look at it as he disconnected my old oven. He also told me that the paperwork was inside it. He then connected the new oven and checked it was working properly before giving me my warranty. The whole process lasted no more than fifteen minutes. 10 Main oven not working

I registered with checkatrade and they forwarded my issue to Ist Call Aplliance Service. The next day I had a call from Ist Call and arranged for an engineer to come the following day. The engineer was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my oven was beyond repair as it's very old. However, the engineer was able to offer to deliver and install a new oven and remove the old one. He called me soon after he left with a couple of options. The one I chose was out of stock but he said it would be back in stock next week. I'm now looking forward to getting a new oven next week.Verified reviewerJob location: HA1
