  Door handle snapped due to lock being very stiff to open.

  Excellent service from start to finish. James was extremely helpful talked me through the issues with the door, fixed them and fitted a new door handle. The whole process took 2 hours from initial contact to completion of work's. Highly recommended and would use James again in the future.
