James came back to me after I put the job up super quick, he came round to do a free consultation to see what needed doing and after I ok'ed the work and price he had the job done in less than twenty minutes. He provided the cheapest price of all my quotes and left me with some options and a spare part in case I wanted to change a spindle to change how my lock operates and gave me loads of tips on how to change a spindle myself rather than charging me for it. James was asked to change the locks on my sister in laws house who had passed away. He was so responsive, being asked to call out on a bank holiday Monday because of an insurance requirement.
