  Water Pump Installation

  Plumber asked for money upfront into his personal account. we refused and fortunately he was able to buy the pump on his trade account. for tax purposes we needed the receipt and an invoice for the work carried out. despite saying he will provide these, 2 months no word. my feeling is he was not honest with the cost of the pump which we had to pay for. The pump itself doesn't seem to work as intended. bathroom taps only trigger when the shower is on!
