  I placed an ad looking for some work to be done at an old family owed cottage. It had a lot of damp and needed a new kitchen and bathroom. Thomas of Maximum Damp responded and came to look. The team were very thorough and explained what would need doing. It was extensive full restoration required. I was concerned about finding professionals to fulfill everything required. Thomas sorted everything out for me, I didn't need to do a thing. I felt included and welcomed whenever I went to see the progress. I'd be thrilled to work with them again. I am truly grateful they responded to my ad!
