  Perfect job! No mess! Excellent work

  Maximum damp solutions came today to plaster my large bedroom ceiling And I would just like to say what a great job, Marcus did! Its absolute perfect and what I was so impressed about is how clean and tidy he it was Because I know plastering ceilings is a very messy job. Can’t wait to have him back to do the walls.

  Installation of damp proof course, rendering, skimming plus other general building work

  Maximum Damp Solutions did a truly excellent job. The team was with me for most of January sorting out the damp proof course on a Victorian house as well as putting right a host of other issues. The work was completed to a very high standard and the team consistently went above and beyond their original remit to make sure that I was left a happy customer. Everyday started with a clear plan as to what they expected to achieve. They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. Great team with great skills. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

  Great damp work undertaken.

  My neighbour was having work carried out, I have rising damp in my house so I asked if they could take a look and give me a quote, they came in and told me exactly what was wrong, what work they will carry out with a 30 year warranty and the price which I was happy with. They stated the job 3 days later, all floors were covered and so was the furniture.,Marcus and Tom sorted the problem out for me, the work they carried out was faultless they cleared up afterwards and left it all clean and tidy ,I wouldn’t hesitate to have back to carry out further work.

  Internal strapping and plastering works.

  The team were working across the road when we asked for a quote. Their knowledge of the work involved was far more detailed than other quotes we had received which gave us the confidence to go ahead with the work. Started work on the agreed date arriving early, sorted their gear outside and then set about protecting our carpets and furniture to the nth degree. Throughout, the team worked hard, were polite and whilst it was a messy job, ensured our furniture and carpets were protected. Would recommend them to both friends and family.

  I recently had damp proofing carried out and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team were incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Their attention to detail was outstanding — they explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure every last bit of work was completed to a high standard. They went above and beyond to make the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their customers, but these guys absolutely do. highly recommend!
