  Excellent communication from them, with a quick time to an appointment. Was very honest with what work needed doing on our ancient patio door, after unsticking it he recommended that we replace the door rather than fit the new locks he'd ordered for our job due to the age of the door.

  Excellent communication from Keytek, turned up promptly at the agreed time and was honest about the level of work needed. We have a very old patio door which he managed to unstick, but was honest about not needing to pay to have new bolts fitted, recommending instead that we get a new door.
