  I’ve been impressed from start to finish with Pinpoint - they have delivered a quick, easily organised service and have fixed our leak. Thank you! From Steve calling me after seeing my job on Checkatrade, to the booking and work being done, everyone had time to explain to us exactly what was going to happen and we felt well informed for each step of the process. Rob in particular was punctual, efficient and fantastic at explaining what was going on during tracing and fixing the leak. He made us feel very calm about the whole thing. He also left the house clean and tidy. Much appreciated.
