  Fine but very expensive!

  Nice and friendly, and the initial work was quoted and completed. However, very expensive! He charged £60 per hour when I asked him to do a small additional job of changing a couple of light fittings while already on site. It took most of the day and the cost was extremely high for such a simple task. My husband works in construction and was shocked at the price for the job. I would not recommend having any additional work done unless it’s clearly quoted and agreed beforehand.
