  Efficient and effective

  Luke was friendly and helpful when he called me back about 5 minutes after I posted the job, gave me useful info and tips about what needed doing and that the lock replacement needed to be satisfactory for insurance. Wasn't able to make the appointment at first because of an emergency call out, but kept me informed and turned up on time for the second go. Lock was replaced quickly and efficiently., at the price agreed
