  Great communication and prompt response with proposed plan of scaffolding from initial enquiry. Flexible about day of erection in plenty of time prior to planned chimney repointing. Arrived exactly at time planned and efficiently set scaffold up without causing any obstruction/ inconvenience. Would highly recommend to anyone needing scaffolding.
