Great communication and prompt response with proposed plan of scaffolding from initial enquiry. Flexible about day of erection in plenty of time prior to planned chimney repointing. Arrived exactly at time planned and efficiently set scaffold up without causing any obstruction/ inconvenience. Karl and Emily were a pleasure to deal with, the price was the price quoted, Karl and his team turned up when they said they would, and also came to pick up when they said they would. They were polite and professional, they even painted the areas the painter couldn’t reach.
