  The soil vent pipe leading through the tiles was letting water into the loft.

  Tom attended the day after the request. He was honest and polite. We decided to offer the work and knew there would be additional costs for scaffolding. Tom made the arrangements and within a few days the scaffolding was up. What I didn’t prepare for was Tom and his team going up to fix it the same day and in the pouring rain. It was a great surprise and the work was spot on. Problem solved.
