  Diagnose fault and repair boiler.

  I booked this company through Checkatrade for a boiler inspection. Their engineer verbally told me the boiler was “At Risk” and unsafe, and provided a quote for urgent repair work. No written Warning Notice was issued and the boiler was not disconnected. Because of the seriousness of what I was told, I arranged for a second Gas Safe engineer to attend. He carried out a full inspection, provided photographic evidence, and issued a new Gas Safety Certificate confirming the boiler was safe and that no repairs were required.
