  Good communication ongoing since the quote. Of course the rain this year caused a few delays but always messaged and said sorry for not arriving on first agreed date, we didn’t mind as we understood backlog with work and communication was great arrived on new rescheduled date we assumed work would be an all day job but was sorted within 3 hours. Understood us having indoor cats and ensuring to create an air lock when needing to come in which was rare just to plug in equipment. Friendly and tidy would 100% recommend to anyone.
