  I recently hired Impact Roofing Sussex Ltd for a combination of services including Asphalt Roofing Installation and Chimney Cowlings Installation, and I’m very impressed with the overall experience. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They explained the whole process before starting and completed the work efficiently without any issues.   Porch leak

  Good communication ongoing since the quote. Of course the rain this year caused a few delays but always messaged and said sorry for not arriving on first agreed date, we didn’t mind as we understood backlog with work and communication was great arrived on new rescheduled date we assumed work would be an all day job but was sorted within 3 hours. Understood us having indoor cats and ensuring to create an air lock when needing to come in which was rare just to plug in equipment. Friendly and tidy would 100% recommend to anyone.   Excellent business with delightful people

  Daniel and his team were absolutely excellent. We needed emergency repairs to a leak in our chimney and they responded straight away, provided an interim solution and got to work as soon as the rain abated. A pleasure to have around and they even worked on a Sunday. Highly recommend this A* business.

  Up front and honest

  A leak came through to our lounge, I called Impact an they had just finished a job and came over. The job was a puzzling one as nothing showed where the leak could be entering from. We received a quote that night an we booked them in for the next week, the day of fixing the roof came, and Henry kept us updated with pictures an phone calls, nothing was done extra with out our notifing first. They did a very good job, we are now water tight. Very grateful for what they have done
