  Up front and honest

  A leak came through to our lounge, I called Impact an they had just finished a job and came over. The job was a puzzling one as nothing showed where the leak could be entering from. We received a quote that night an we booked them in for the next week, the day of fixing the roof came, and Henry kept us updated with pictures an phone calls, nothing was done extra with out our notifing first. They did a very good job, we are now water tight. Very grateful for what they have done

  I contacted Impact when I had water coming through the roof of my back porch, they said they would be with me within an hour, they arrived in 45 minutes. They told me straight away what was needed and gave a quote on the spot. They said they could do the work the next week, and as the leak was not totally urgent I asked them to book me in. Henry kept in touch with me over the next few days and confirmed they would be here Monday Morning, which they were. The work was done within the day. I fully recommend Impact Roofing for their Customer Service as well as the quality of their work.

  Fast and Efficient!

  We thank Impact roofing for a marvellous job on both our entire roof refurbishment, facias and chimney refurbishment. From inspection one week, to the scaffolding and work starting the next (much appreciated considering the leak), this was a fast and efficient experience, with great communication throughout & full explanation of the process. They took the stress away from the issue, extra exterior tidying was carried out such as removing old satellites and dishes, even down to wiping down the windows to finish the job.   I recently had my roof repaired by Impact Roofing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived on time, clearly explained the issues they found, and walked me through the repair process so I knew exactly what to expect.   I recently had Impact Roofing carry out some soffit repairs and replace a few damaged sections on my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and friendly. They explained everything clearly, gave a fair quote, and completed the job efficiently with great attention to detail. The workmanship is excellent my roof looks as good as new

  Really pleased with the work carried out by impact. The team were professional, polite and turned up on time every day. They explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the job.
