  Lewis was punctual, friendly and explained our situation very clearly. He fixed the leaks using the existing parts we have and described to us which parts we would need to replace further down the line if we had any recurring problems. We were only charged for his time and I would certainly recommend the Ry Group based on his visit. Very pleased all together.

  ACR Ltd were very helpful and professional from the off. The work was explained to us and caused no interruption to the office as the service was carried out. I would strongly recommend ACR to anyone needing help with their Air-Conditioning.
